We are happy to offer a unique opportunity to our fursuit clients through Nay's Pin Club, a Canada-based furry owned company specializing in custom pins. While anyone is welcome to join the club through Nay's usual openings, we will be able to offer guaranteed commission slots for pins that come included with the purchase of a Kemonokapi fursuit. They include our logo on the back of the pin.

Pricing

The cost of the artwork, design, and manufacturing setup of your guaranteed slot for custom pins is $200.

Manufacturing costs are separate, and depending on the complexity of your pin, cost $125-$185 on average for 50 pins.

Shipping costs are also separate. This includes shipping from the manufacturer to Kemonokapi at $50. Your pins are sent from us with your suit, so there is no additional shipping fee. This is a great option for American and International clients, as shipping pins alone is often $80 or higher!

Right now we only offer pin purchases in batches of 50.

The process for commissioning custom character pins with your suit is as follows:
  • When you apply for your fursuit, follow the instructions on our application form in the custom pin section to select the features you want included in your pin. We will use the character reference you apply with.
  • We contact Nay and receive confirmation for the design and notifications about any additional costs.
  • Once both suit and pin commissions are confirmed, we send you one invoice that includes the total for both your suit and pins, and any additional items.
  • You pay the invoice (the cost of the pins is 100% non-refundable as they are designed and produced ASAP)
  • You receive one sketch of your pin design from us for confirmation, followed by the final art for additional confirmation.
  • Once your suit is complete, the pins and suit are sent directly to you in the same package. Super easy! You're ready for the next convention and you've got pins to trade of your brand new suit character!

Details and Features

There are many options available for your custom pins. Please keep in mind that more complex features will raise the price!

  • Detailed small markings that require screen printing.
  • Glitter
  • Backgrounds
  • Glow in the dark

You can request other pin options if your budget allows and Nay is willing to create it. You can view her complete pin gallery here.

You are welcome to profit from sales of your pins, but you may not freely use the artwork by Nay to produce other merchandise, or use it in any commercial capacity. You are welcome to contact Nay via email to discuss purchasing commercial rights to the pin artwork.
